Using Word 2002 how do I add to the choices listed in the dialog box when
adding a text watermark. Wish to add uncontrolled for our ISO documents.

Hi gandalf,

You can't add to the list in the dropdown, but you can type your own text to
replace the contents of that box, selected the font and color, and click OK.
The watermark will then have your text.

To use this again, follow these steps:

- Open the header area (View > Header).
- Click once on the watermark (which is actually a WordArt object anchored
in the header).
- Go to Insert > AutoText > AutoText.
- If you want this watermark to be available in all documents, leave the
Look In box at "All active templates" or set it to "Normal.dot". If it's
only for the kind of document that's currently open, set the Look In box to
the template used for those documents.
- Enter a name for the AutoText entry.
- Click the Add button.
- When closing Word, be sure to save the template.

When you want the same watermark in another document, open the header area
and click the Insert AutoText button on the header toolbar. Your entry will
be in the list.
