How and where to report bugs in WIndows AntiSpyware

It is bizarre that the Microsoft AntiSpyware web site makes it clear that
this beta is being "distributed for feedback and testing purposes" ... yet no
where does it spell out "how" or "where" to provide that feedback to the
AntiSpyware team.

I was expecting to see a Bug Form on a URL where bugs could be submitted,
but I will assume that the only way to submit bugs is through these public
newsgroups which, according to the web site is "provided to help get your
questions answered".

I don't have a question, I simply wanted to report a bug (a typo actually)
to the development team.

If you go the "Manage Spyware Quarantine" screen when it is empty you should
notice this rather strange sentence:

--> "There are currently no spyware threats in your spyware" <--

To me that is quite funny -- how can there by no spyware threats in my
spyware? If I had spyware I would think there would be some kind of threat
involved. I think there is a word missing there. I think the sentence was
supposed to say "... in your Spyware Quarantine".

Don't worry. It gets better. Go to Defender's "About ...." dialog box for
Defender version 1.1.1051.0, Engine Version: 1.1.1186.0, Siganture Version:
1.14.1350.3. There you will see "Support For more information on the
Windows Defender (Beta) product, visit the Microsoft Spyware page at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=55273." When you double-click that,
you will end up at http://support.microsoft.com/gp/contactbug" which lists a
phone number to report bugs. Just what we're looking for right?
(800)642-7676. After maneuvering through the various voice menus, none of
which mention reporting bugs, some reception call administrator tells me that
there will be a $45 fee, and if it's a bug, then the charge will be refunded.
Almnosty laughed myself silly.

I'm not sure how you got there.

The beta program is explicitly unsupported. That's stated clearly in the
EULA and at help, about:
---
Support
-------

For more information on the Windows Defender (Beta) product, visit the
Microsoft Spyware page at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=55273.

Assisted support for this beta product is not available. Once the final
release of Windows Defender has been made publicly available, customers will
be able to contact Product Support Services for help. In the meantime, we
have provided online support resources to help you try out the Windows
Defender beta.
