How an object in a picture shows text.

I want to put a picture of some equipment in power point and in the picture
there is different types of buttons and switches. I want to be able to click
on the buttons or switches in the picture and bring up a text file that will
explaine how to use the button or switch. I am not that good in power point.
Just started.

This newsgroup is about getting started with Microsoft Access database
software, not about PowerPoint, though it is easy to get to the wrong
newsgroup through that online interface you used. Go back, follow the
instructions carefully, and ask your questions in an appropriate PowerPoint
newsgroup.
