How 2 Get My Sound

I really need help. Ive tried to fix my sound but all i keep getting is
an error message. It says that I don't have a sound system, I think I
deleted it by mistake. Please help how do I get it back?
P.S. Can someone really help I'm not really good with the computer and
I'm dying to get my sound back...
