How 2 adjust picture transparancy

I really hope someone has an answer for this one. I've put together a wedding movie with still picture. I want to adjust for
transparency of my still picture so that I could do Title Overlay for easy in reading my texts. If I don't reduce my still picture
clarity nobody could read it. Thanks In Advance! - - - Rino

Apply one of the special effects to the still picture clip... something like the sepia... apply it a couple times to the same clip if once isn't enough.

Try others too like Blur... with Sepia.

I did tried as you told me but I'm not satisfy with it. I thought MM2 has a quick solution and finally I used Photoshop which
saved my day.
