hotsnyc business contacts to palm

When I hotsync from Outlook with Business Contact Manager from my business
contacts to my palm, these don't appear in the contact area of my palm. When
I transfer the contacts from business contacts to just contacts, the hotsync
transfer occurs and I see my contacts in my palm. Is there a way to change
this?
