You would need to set this up via your Cable provider, assuming this is NTL.
I am not familiar with them on a technical level, however you should be
able to do using using some kind of "My account" section on their portal or
webpage. You then need to create the account in Windows Live Mail or Windows
Mail (which is different to creating the physical mailbox) using the
settings provided by them in order that you are able to send and receive
messages directly from your computer rather than signing into the web
interface of their online mail application.....
