Hotmail and bulk mailing

Hello

We've just opened a Hotmail account and would like to send a regular
newsletter or report to our members about once a fortnight. There are just
over 300 members.

Have tried to send this after opening the account, but have been blocked
from doing so, by anti-spam measures. Understand this takes some time for
Hotmail to monitor and OK this.

How can we get around this, so that wecan mak full use of Hotmail.

If your current limit is 100 messages and you send one (1) message to one
hundred (100) addresses, you're done for the next 24 hours.

If you're a Hotmail Plus subcriber, you'll have a higher limit by default.
