hotmail.wont let me write

i feel really thick but since hotmail changed i hav'nt been able to write an
email, i do all the font stuff etc but when i go to write i cant get anything
to happen it just stays on the task bar bit, do i have to click on anything
to enlarge the page.

Try and disable a third-party or Internet Exploerer's built-in pop-up
blocker. The pop-up blocker /may/ be stopping you from creating an email.
