Tiny Fonts in Title Bars and Tool Bars

And now for my next query:
I used to use a Display theme that I had modified which included different
font styles and sizes. Recently all of my fonts went small and I've done
everything that I know to make them bigger but nothing has worked. I've just
changed my Computer Theme to Windows XP, changed the font style back to
Courier New in Internet Options, which changed the font in the body of each
page but the fonts in the Tool Bars, Title Bars and my Start Menu are all
really small. Changing Text Size from View Menu only enlarges the fonts on
the page, not any Menus. Can anyone help please? Much appreciated.

Make individual changes in Control Panel-Display-Appearance
tab-Advanced.

Thanks Alan. It's not that I hadn't tried that in the past when I had my own
theme, but I hadn't done it with the Windows XP theme, and also, I hadn't
changed Icon sizes and that seems to be the one which makes the toolbars more
legible. So, sorry to have wasted your time, but thanks a million.
