font size problem

windows xp home edition

i resently changed my computer theme to a high contrast theme and changed
the font style not the size of the font just the style.
now on some of the web pages the words are huge and over lap.
how can i keep my theme but not have the huge fonts?

why would high contrast theme effect my web page fonts
and can i fix it or stop it from happening?
