Hotmail Loggin Problem

At my job there are several computers with Windows XP operating system.
Since a couple days ago, I cannot log in to my hotmail account on any
computers on this network, but other users can still log in to their
accounts. I can still log in to MSN messeger however, and I CAN log into my
hotmail account at home or any computer besides my workplace network.

All computers are windows xp, internet explorer 6

What causes this behavior???

Check with the system administrator and see if they have blocked you from
doing so.

I am the administrator, no blocking problem here. Any ideas what can it be...
