Hotmail: The page cannot be displayed?

B

Bob

As of yesterday I began having trouble accessing my
hotmail account. I can get onto MSN messenger and all
other websites but I get an error message when I try to
log onto hotmail. The message says "The Page cannot be
displayed". Interestingly, when the computer is trying
to connect to hotmail, the login address at the bottom of
internet explorer is different from the typed in address
at the top of explorer.
Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Bob
