hotmail and outlook

my hotmail won't seem to display in my outlook. trying to set it up for the
first time on a new computer. I've entered my user name/password, but it
just keeps prompting me to do it again and again...help please?!

With a few exceptions, unless you pay for a Hotmail subscription, Outlook
can't be used to display Hotmail.
