Password prompt after installing Internet Explorer 7.0

I just installed Internet Explorer 7.0 and am now getting the following
prompt when trying to open my Hotmail Inbox in Outlook: "Please enter your
user name and password for the following server." It won't accept my
password and keeps giving me the prompt. If I cancel a few times, it will
let me read one e-mail, but then the prompt returns.

Go back to Windows Update and install the additional updates. There is an
HTTP update for exactly this issue.
