Is there a way to import the outlook express address book into MS Hotmail
contacts list - if so how?

When using the Hotmail web interface, click on "Options" (located near the
right-hand corner) then "Contacts". Click on "Import Contacts". Then will
have an option to import the address book from Outlook Express or Outlook.
