When trying to look at my E-mail using the MSN explorer it redirects me to
the following link:

http://mail.msn.hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/dasp/notsupported.asp?_lang=EN&account=wrongPDDomain

The page displays the following message:

Hotmail does not support the .NET Passport you are signed in to.Visit the
Hotmail Web site for information or to set up a free account

I was using my e-mail yesterday with no issues, whats changed ? My paetner
has the same problem with e-mail account (we both use (e-mail address removed))

Can someone help as the e-mail is very important to me.......

I can login to the site you suggested, i can login to messenger and many
other sites.
Its just my hotmail. I haved used my pc to login to other known hotmail
accounts,
but these are all "@hotmail.com", mine is "@msn.com".

Any thoughts.....

I also had a problem like that today. I know I had a valid hotmail account
but it would not recognize it. I had to re-establish account. I used same
exact account and password and profile ifo as before and it accepted it all.
Just a big hassle and no explanation.

I have exactly the same problem, as of today. Have spent several happy(?)
hours looking for the answer, but with no success. Is this another MS
'upgrade' ? Am desperate for a solution - there will be several emails that I
need to see.

How did you re-establish your account ? Do you mean you created another
account identical to your original one ?

Spoke with MS support last night using their LIVE chat and one guy
indicated that there is an issue with .NET login which is expected to
be fixed over the next 24/48 hours. As they have upgraded their
capacity from 2MB to 20MB this appears to have caused all the hassle.

Business email address.. I'm losing money every hour!. They better fix
this quick..

Has anyone solved this problem yet?

I emailed Hotmail Support on Saturday, but haven't had a reply so far - I
thought they were supposed to respond within 24 hours!

I had the same problem, and finally got the solution, which is strange,
but easy!

Try signing in to hotmail by using all lower-case characters in your
e-mail address (typre your password the way you usually do, though.)
That may work. If not, try downloading the latest version of internet
explorer.

Cheers!
