HOTKEY KEYBOARD

After Booting up, I have a tab on my start bar that says HOTKEY KEYBOARD....What is this and how does one eliminate this
When I right click and hit close I get a "program not responding" message

Hi Bryce,

Start/run msconfig, look on the startup tab. Sounds like some multimedia
keyboard enhancer, and is probably not necessary for normal operation.
