Hotfix for 841832 - Windows 2000 won't let you Logon

Can anyone tell me how to obtain this patch? I'm working
on a clients machine which is an OEM install of Windows
2000, so I can't use Microsoft's automated support
assistant. I am a microsoft certified builder, but don't
know who to contact for support.

This is in response to installing KB835732 - the computer
does not bring up a logon and hangs starting W2K after
reboot. I have disabled IPSEC, as described in 841832,
but to no avail.

Any help? thanks!
 
841832 is not a valid hotfix number can you please check that and post the
correct one? In the article for any hotfix it contains a link on how to
contact support.
