Look at:
http://217.115.153.73/parasite/ for Hot bar (Notice how many parasites
there are)

Get and install:
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html and update the reference
file to the latest nasties list.
