I thought it would be cute to add new wallpapers to my
browser toolbar. The program deleted a component of IE in
order to put it's wallpapers in its place. I changed my
mind about cutesy wallpaper, but it says I need to
reinstall a component of IE to get the address bar back.
I reinstalled IE 6 with no success. Help!

It might clean up the mess.
