hi my name in Pablo cambronero and I'm form Costa Rica I work in HP giving
tech support to P&G i have two account s in outlook one for the emails of HP
and the other one for the emails of P&G both works in exchange serversi try
to set a rule so i can open just one account etting in the other a rule so
the emails auto forwarding to the other actually work one time but
after that it never work again...
My question is:Can i set a rule or how can i open one account and see both
emails
this emails accounts works in two different exchange servers?
The think is that i would like to open just one profile and see both accounts
how those the rule to forwarding emails to another account works?Works in
the case of differents exchange servers?
thx and best regards

You can't simultaneously open two Exchange mailboxes that reside in entirely
different forests in the same Outlook profile - you'd have to set up two
separate Outlook profiles & choose the profile at startup.
In addition, if you are connecting directly to the Exchange server (not
using POP/IMAP) and are trying to use an 'autoforward' rule, this may be
disabled on the Exchange server (it is disabled by default).
If you need to see both mailboxes at once, you could also open one in
Outlook and ppen the other in Outlook Web Access.
