Hot Link

All of a sudden I have lost the ability to double click on a link that will
redirect me to a website. For example - See this New Car - this would be
highlighted and the cursor would change showing this to be a hot link. Now
when I click on it nothing happens. Any ideas - Thanks

It is a hot link shortcut in anything, email, other websites

By clicking on the highlighted text it would direct me to the path I have shown. This is part of the properties of the highlighted link.
