hot key

can I assign a hot-key to my email address? I seem to spend so much time
retyping the email address which is quite long, and I would prefer to just be
able to press a couple of buttons and it to pop up for me. If this can be
done, can anyone tell me how to set it up!

You want a third-party program that makes/saves keyboard macros. Google
for that or go to a good shareware depository like Snapfiles and take a
look.
