Scan Function May Not Work On USB Multifunction Printers

I have a Lexmark P4350 all-in-one scanner/printer and, as described in the
above article, my printing works but my scanning does not. How do I obtain
the hotfix as described in the article? Thanks for your reply!

PS -- I forgot to place my e-mail address, The one I signon with is not the

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I saw the phone number - but I was hoping not to
call since, when a call is made, it is never a straightforward process.
Instead, I was hoping to obtain an e-mail and/or an URL where I could
download the hotfix and apply. Thanks again for your reply.
