Host Name

I have set up a new email account on Windows Mail...everytime i try to
email, it says the "Host" name is wrong.
I've tried everything...my isp is CenturyLink.
Can anyone help?

Are your settings the same as specified here?

Your ISP can offer further assistance if needed. You pay to get tech
