Host & Server name

I set up a new email and ever since I did this I can send an email. It says
my host & server name is invalid. I go in to properties and it tells me my
host name is pop3, but it does not tel me the name.

Who provides your mail service? Or to ask that question another way,
what is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?
Your mail provider will typically have a web page that shows how to
set up an email program. If you need more help, tell us the name of
your mail service provider. If you currently don't have an email address,
we can help with that also.
