Horizontal Navigation in Text Format - How to change colors?

I have a theme that I've modified a bit and I have set the Horizontal Navigation buttons to one of
the Text based options at the bottom of the list. (Specifically the one with the dots in between
the names)

I can't seem to find where I go to change what color the items are when I look in the "Modify THeme"
area. Where is that? Highlighting and changing the font color only affects the dots.

Well I finally foudn the right place ( I jsut set them as the normal Hyperlink Color and that
affects the bar.

Now the problem is I want the Dots to be a different color than the "Current Page" color. Any way
to do that?

to modify the color of hyperlinks in the modify theme dialog box, it's in a
weird place. not where you'd expect. I haven't used a theme in so
long.....It's here:
format/ theme/ modify/ colors/ custom tab/ dropdown arrow and the hyperlink
colors are near the bottom.
