global navigation buttons

I must be looking right at this but can't find it. I want to change the
color of the horizontal and vertical naviation buttons on the Satin Theme.
I've found lots of things to change like text and background colors and the
like, but cannot find the correct commands to change the color of the
buttons. They are currently #660000 and I want to change them to #0B2476. I
went into the theme.css file and changed it there but it had no effect.

I sure I'm just missing it but........Frontpage 2003

The buttons in a theme are images
- to change the button colors you need to modify the theme with new images
