Horizontal line prints in the middle of my slide

I have created two slide in power point 2007. On the screen and under
preview it looks great, but when I print it out in the exactly in the middle
of the slide is a single horizontal line that I cannot get rid of, Help.

Does this happen on all printers, or just one? It sounds like a printer
issue.
