Horizontal Desktop Toolbar

Can anyone tell me how I can return to a horizontal
Deskbar? This is the toolbar that is on the Deshtop and
shows the icons for all of the programs and devices.When I
right-click the mouse inside the toolbar (which is
vertical right now)I can't find any commands that will let
me do it. Thanks
 
Just "grab" (left-click and hold) the taskbar at an empty space under the
"start" button, and drag it to whichever edge of the screen you want.
