Hello, I need help with my homepage.

Everytime I go onto the Internet browser some website I've
never heard of comes up. When I change it in the Internet
Tools thing it goes to the site I want it to be. But
whenever the computer is shut down and turned on again my
homepage is set to that site that I've never heard of. How
can I fix this problem?
