Home Page Loads - Then "Page Can't Be Displayed"

IE7 loads the AT&T Home Page and then I get the Page "Page cannot Be
Displayed". I Uninstalled IE Security Update KB931768 installed yesterday and
Problem Remains (Re-Installed)- Anyone have any suggestions. Firefox 2 I'm
on now working fine as usual.
