home page keeps changing

MY HOME PAGE ALWAYS CHANGES WHEN I OPEN UP THE BROWSER.
AND WHEN I PUT THE "FULL SCREEN" ICON IN MY TOOLBAR
IT AWAYS DISAPPEARS WHEN I OPEN THE BROWSER. I KNOW I HAD
A TROJAN HORSE AND A VIRUS IN THE SYSTEM, BUT I CAN'T SEAM
TO GET RID OF THEM. I'M NOT SURE IF THAT'S MY PROBLEM BUT
I THINK SO. WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM?
WHAT ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM IS GOOD TO USE? THANKS, ANYONE!!
