home page keeps changing

a new tool bar called I-lookup has appared and it keeps
changing my home page. as soon as i change it and then
restart ie it chabes again. i can not find any way to
delete the tool bar help!

This is a spyware prog that can be removed using spybot
available from download.com

in your explorer, click VIEW, the TOOLBARS the uncheck

all of them. then go back and check one at a time until
you see which is which. keep only the ones you want
