IE - Default home page

I am runing IE 6.0 with Windows 2000. My system was
attacked, and my IE default home page has been changed. I
cannot delete/change this new default home page. I have
tried Tools/Internet options/Programs in an attempt to
reset web settings, however the button bar cannot be
utilized.

I want to delete the current IE default home page and
insert a new page or just let it remain blank.

Any help will be grreatly appreciated. Thanks.
