Home page hijacked - about:blank - No Anti-Stuff works!

Hi out there - I appreciate everyone's input on this item. I just need to say that I have downloaded many versions of the anti-spyware software and followed everyone's suggestions and still can't kill this. I subscribe to McAffee on line anti-virus, and get an auto update whenever it's available. I use Spy-Bot S&D, I downloaded and executed (numerous times) the trial version of "The Cleaner", the "hijak" thing, the CWShredder, and on and on. They all say I'm "Clean" and EVERY TIME I RESTART IE 6.0, UP COMES THIS ABOUT:BLANK CRAP.

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF WHICH REGISTRY I CAN GO TO TO DELETE THIS ANIMAL?

Don,

Tried the latest version of CWShredder? And closed all the browser windows before running this tool?
Download CWShredder from : http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/CWShredder.exe

If this does not help, download HijackThis and post the log to Spywareinfo.com or aumha.org forums for clear analysis.
