Even though IO constantly rest my homepage to yahoo.com in
Internet Options, it keeps reverting to a different
homepage that has a url of:

http://in.webcounter.cc/%
2d/?%63%78%6c%6f%77 about:blank

Is there a place in the registry I need to edit to stop
this ?
