Default Home Page

When I log onto the internet, my home page is no longer my
isp's page. It has changed to fastsearch.cc. In the
internet options the default is currently: http://in%
2e%77%65%62%63%6f%75%6e%74%65%72%2e%63%63/%2d/?%79%64%74%
66%73. This then directs my browser to fastsearch.cc.
Does anyone know how to change the default browser? I
installed spybot, but to no avail.

Download and run the "CWShredder" - Cool Web Search Shredder.
