Home network question

I have a desktop running xp home. It is connected to a linksis wireless
router. I have just purchased a new laptop that has wireless capabilities
(it is also running xp home). I have no problem connecting wirelessly to the
internet with my laptop. I want to be able to share printers, share and
transfer files, etc. I have run the little wizard and it tells me everything
is fine. I can even see both PCs when I go into "view workgroup computers".
The problem is that I get a message when trying to access one computer with
the other.

"\\**** is not accessible. You might not have permission to use the network
resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have
access permission. The network path was not found"

What am I doing wrong?...

note: both PCs are running zone alarm

Zone Alarm is a possibility for the cause. Is it configured so both computers
are in each others Local (Trusted) Zone? What version of ZA - free or pro?

Please provide "browstat status" and "ipconfig /all" from each computer, as a
start. Read this article, and linked articles, and follow instructions
precisely:
