home network and internet

I have two computers at home... one has XP home and one has XP profi.
I have them connected - I can share files and printer. It´s ok. On that comp
with XP home I have a mobile phone for access to internet. And I want also
the other computer to share this connection. I have done everything that is
mentioned in the windows xp help - but it still doesn´t work. I cannot surf
the web on the second computer. Please could anyone share some experience
with me? Or a link to an interesting article about this? Thanx
