I am networking three - four computers via a Netgear router. I was able to
communicate and print share. Then I added a wireless Netgear router to
facilitate use of a laptop. The wireless router is connected to an ethernet
port in the wired router. All machines can access the internet. Now I
cannot communicate with or log into one computer from another and can no
longer print from my daughter's computer on my office printer. I am afraid
one of the Netgear techs had me change something to facilitate use of the
wireless router, but I cannot figure out what has changed.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Sounds like 'Client for Microsoft Networks' and/or 'File and Printersharing'
has been turned off for all/some PC's in the LAN card properties.

Check/enable BOTH at Network / properties / "YourLan" / properties
'Components checked are used by this connection'.

I went to network>LAC>Properties. Client For MS Metworks was checked. When
I tired to click to install, the system said there were no drivers for the
Client portion, then asked for a disk. I think I need to get a step by step
set of setup instructions!!!

Jeff

Great Jef, I think you are close ...
Repeat your steps below,
supply the OS install disk (Win2K)
and follow the instructions.

If you get stuck, come back here.
