Home Files Deleted Upon Logon to NT Server

Whenever we logon to the NT server through a laptop with
Windows 2000, the files in the root of the user's home
directory are deleted, even if the files are open. The
folders remain but all files are deleted, even if the
files are open on another PC. Has anyone encountered this
before? We do not have roaming profiles setup.

Win2000 does not do this. You must have some logon script
that cleans out root directories - perhaps some US Navy
security restriction.
