Home button won't stay in ALL CAPS

Hello!

I am not new to FP and am very familiar with the
navigation system and link bars.

Since upgrading to FP2003, on one of my sites
(www.healthiertoday.com), the Home button will not stay
written as HOME when viewed on the pages. It does show
HOME in the navigation view. My client wants this to be
in all caps to match the other buttons in the link bar.
The link bar is based on the theme/template. Nothing
special.

Can someone please tell me how to fix this problem?
