Hit Counter Stuck - Link

The web-bot for the hit counter is pointing back to your C:\ Drive:

You need to open FrontPage, open your local web, open index.htm and remove the hit counter.
Save the page.
Reinsert the hit counter and select the image and count total that you want.
Save the page.
"Publish"

Tried that several times but it didn't change anything. Any other ideas?
 
i don't get any counter showing up (stuck or not).
using IE 6.0.
 
Open the live site and do the same there.
