In the history section, I would like to see a history of scans that have been
run on my computer, what was found, what actions were taken, etc., instead of
just the quarantined and allowed items.

I needed to check over three servers today to see the history of what
Windows Defender had detected on them, and whether the scheduled scans were
happening, and the timing of them.

Using the event logs made this very easy--filtered on source WinDefend,
looked for yellow triangles and looked at the time patterns of the log
messages. Works quite well.
