History and temp internet files folders missing since IE7 upgrade

Since upgrading to IE7, I've noticed that the history and temp internet files
folder is no longer located in the documents and settings\username\local
settings directory. Where was it moved to?

Are you sure they are not just hidden? You can see what the path is to TIF from Internet Explorer. Click Tools, Internet Options. On the General Tab, click the Settings button in the Browsing history section. In the box that pops up, look at the value for Current location.

Thanks for the reply. I did as you suggested and it is pointed to the
default directory, documents and settings\username\local settings directory.
I checked the file settings and it is set to show hidden files and folders.
Does IE7 move these files? I've check a number of computers at work as well
and the history and Temp Internet Files folder are missing. If anyone knows
the aswer to this, please help!!

You need to uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" in Windows Explorer, Tools, Folder Options.
