History and IE7

When logged in as Administrator, I used to be able to navigate to other
users "History" by navigating to:
C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\Local Settings\History

But now I cannot seem to access this except to my own directory while
logged in. Why can't I do this anymore to other users profiles?

Windows XP Professional SP2 completely updated.
This happened after the upgrade to IE7

Since you have a cause-and-effect with the installation of IE7, you
should post your question in the IE7 newsgroup *after* you spend some
time reading through the posts there. The IE7 newsgroup is:

microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

There are a huge number of posts so it would be smart to start by going
to Google Groups Advanced Search. Use a search term that describes your
problem, constrain the search to the IE7 newsgroup and the date to very
recently.

And no, I'm sorry but I don't have your answer or I would tell you
now. ;-)
