Hinding a Partiton

Does XP Pro allow me to hide a partition? If so how? I would like my recovery
partition to be hidden so no one can see it.
 
If you Purchase Acronis True Image it will create a hidden Recovey
Partition.
And of course that partition should also be on a seperate...meaning not your
OS drive....Hard drive.
After all if your HD goes down so will that Recovery Partition if its on the
same drive.

Not if you don't want it to. I chose to make the recovery cd instead.
Actually, I made 2 recovery cds and tested both of them. If I have a
problem, I boot from the cd and restore my image from my USB drive. No
fuss at all.

To hide a partition you need to change the patition type using a partition
editor such as Partition Magic's ptedit.
