Hijack This LOG Somebody please Help

After letting teenage son use my laptop the browser has been hijacked, the security software won't load or update! I have tried numerous anti spy-ware programs & nothing seems to work ...Could somebody please have a look at my Hijack this log & let me know what should not be there.

Sorry but we do not do this service anymore on the forum as it takes to much time to do. However i think you can get it done at bleepingcomputers still.
